Purpose: To assess the effects of ligustrazine on progression hypoxia-reoxygenation (H/R), and explore possible role miR-211 in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury identify its potential targeting gene. Methods: The level H/R-induced cells was detected by quantitative polymerase chain reaction. CCK-8, flow cytometry (FCM), Western blot assays were performed to examine effect USP47 remifentanil against H/R injury. Bioinformatic analysis luciferase verify target miR-211. CCK-8 FCM detect mechanism protection cells. Results: Ligustrazine enhanced cardiomyocytes. MiR-211 protective Down-regulation through miR-211/USP47 pathway. Conclusion: I/R regulating
